DMRT43 organized 7 events during the RTI week.This year we had two mega events during the RTI week . Zara Nach Ke Dikha organized by Tr Anjum Arora and Eye Camp organized by Tr Amit BansalAll the events saw active participation from tablers of 43. Date :14th Nov 2007: Event :Painting CompetitionVenue :"Saraswati Sishu Mandir " Najafgarh Painting competition was organized at the school. Students were given Paper/crayons for the competition. More than 100 students took part in the event. Winners were chosen from each class and prize distributed.Later snacks were distributed to each student.
Date 15 Nov 2007-12-25 Event: Inauguration of Free Eye CampVenue:Sant Parmanand Hospital, Civil Lines, Delhi The 10 day eye camp was inaugurated by Lt governor of Delhi Tejinder Khanna. On this occasion he was presented the LMF medallion . A total of 127 patients were treated during this 10 day event. Tr Amit Bansal's efforts to organize this event was indeed outstanding. This event was well covered in Media and gave publicity to Round table movement. DMRT43 thank all tablers/friends who had donated for this noble cause and made this event a success. Date 16th Nov 2007 Event: Zara Nach Ke DikhaVenue: Tr Manish Kapoor's Farm, Delhi This was again a mega event hosted by NDRT 24, DSRT 32, DMRT 43, DSRT 50 & DCRT 145.. Tr Anjum Arora did a great job in organizing this mega event. Tablers for DMRT 43 participated in the dance competition and stood 3rd.
Date :19 Nov 2007 Event: Food DistributionVenue: Blind School Divya Jyoti Niwas, Mangolpuri, Delhi Food was distributed to the blind students of Divya Jyoti Niwas.
Date 20 Nov 2007 Event: Sports Equipment distributionVenue: Saraswati Sishu Mandir Najafgarh Sports equipment was distributed to the students of the School. Chairman Gautan Bajoria was present during the event. Date 22 Nov 2007Event : Lunch at Mahila AshramVenue: Jain Mahila Ashram, Darya Ganj The Mahila Ashram is house to over 100widows. On 22nd the table organized lunch for the widows staying in the ashram. Tr Tarun Bansal organized this event Date 24/11/2007 Event: Blanket DistributionVenue: Streets of Delhi Tr Anjum Arora distributed blanket to people on the street on 24th. He was supported by his daughter Ishita.
